1. Part of the new Hero Factory event

2. Something for the super bowl

I personally think it's for the Hero Factory event, but who knows, maybe both are wrong.

Gear Review: RC Tank

RC Tank

"This remote control tank comes equipped with real explosives! Drive around and blow things up. Your foes will never see you coming!"

Mesh: The mesh is simply amazing. A perfect looking tank mesh, just perfect. The ONLY problem with this mesh is that where are no wheels, the wheels are actually part of the texture, yes, it's that bad on the wheels.

Rating: 6/10

Texture: The texture is plain, basic and boring. Dark brown followed by Light brown followed by Black. Black for the tracks, brown for everything else, yup, just plain boring.

Rating: 3/10

Gameplay: The gameplay for this is fun. You are able to drop a tank next to you, and drive it around, with it's own health bar, and it shoots explosives, they kill the enemy in 4 hits, so it's not that good. Fun to use on Catalog Heaven though.

Rating: 9/10

Pricing: The pricing for this baby is 2,000 Robux. Yes, so much for a little RC tank. As 3317 people bought it, it has to be good, expensive, but good.

Price Rating: 5/10

Overall: Overall, this is a great gear, and I suggest you get it, if you can. It may have a bad texture, but using it in a game is simply awesome.

-ROBLOX Helper- Getting money from games

Last year, ROBLOX made many ways to get money out of your games. I will show you what they are, and how to use them.


Add gear to game

ROBLOX allowed users to add a gear to their game, you go to the gear you want, and click "Add to game", You then select a game, and it is added to that game.. BUT, it is sold for the original price of that gear. Once sold, you get [some] of the money




Gamepasses

Gamepasses are BC only. They cost 100 Robux to make. You are able to edit a gamepass price, and make it give any item you want. Doing so requires some point of scripting. [View link at bottom of page]. To make a Gamepass, just go to your selected game, click Configure, and click "Create Gamepass". There you are able to select a picture, name, and description. You can edit the Name and Description later. Like badges, you are unable to change the picture on your Gamepass.

I have now started a "Weekly Answer Overview". Where I answer all your questions about anything ROBLOX. Let's start!

I referred a friend, but it didn't give me my 400 Robux.

When you refer someone when they first join, you get a message saying you referred them, and an automatic friend request from them. But the refer you are thinking of is a BC referral. When a player buys BC, they can put in a username, then the person buying BC and the username in the BC referral box gets 400 Robux.

Hope that answered that question.


How do I get the white earbuds?

Gear Review: Ro-Ped

Ro-Ped

"Travel around the level on your motorized Ro-Ped"

Mesh: The mesh is just amazing. Looking like a real-life scooter or Mo-Ped. Very nice, and a very clean mesh at that. By clan I mean no mess ups, like some items have a circle which has a flat part on one side. This mesh is new, it's fresh, and it's unique.

Rating: 10/10

Texture: This gear has many colors. Black, Silver, Red, Brown, and grey. Black for the handles, Silver for the handle bar, Red for the wheel covers, Brown, Black and Red for the foot area, then Red, Silver and Grey for the motor area. This gear has many, many colors.

Rating: 10/10

Pricing: This gear sells for 500 Robux. Not very cheap considering the Skateboards are 100 Robux. 500 seems like a lot for this gear, but I suppose it should be a high price, this item is realistic, and well textured.

Price Rating: 8/10

Gameplay: The gameplay for this gear is quite ... hard. You MUST use W,A,S,D to drive, arrows will not work. Holding down the A or D button long enough will send you into a spin, the scooter is very hard to control. This is the only flaw of this gear.

Rating: 7/10

Overall: Overall, this is an awesome gear, but just remember it's hard to steer. I suggest getting it if you are able, and just have fun with it. Who knows, it may become a limited someday.

ROBLOX Helper: Making a good game

In this ROBLOX Helper, I will tell you how to make a good game! Let's get started.

First of all, you MUST know how to build. Without that, your game will fail.

Now, if you know how to build, to get a good game, you must do the following

• Only use Free Models if you have too.
• Don't steal game ideas, use your own.

Now, we have never use Free Models, and never steal [Not copy] ideas

-Helper- Difference between 'Stealing' and 'Copying' ideas

Stealing and copying is very different. When you steal, you take EVERYTHING from a persons game, and or model[s], and use them, then take credit. Taking credit is claiming you made something, when you really didn't. Copying is when you get ideas from a game, use those ideas, but make sure that you do give credit to the one you got the idea from. If you steal, or copy without credit, you will not get plays, unless you are either a noob, or a hacker.

1. Know to build well.

Knowing to build well is what you need to get a good game started. Building bad, is no good for anyone. Learn to build, any basic thing is fine, don't make it all "noobish" though, it will get you no where at all. The best way to build is to use ROBLOX Studio. Don't just click the "build" button on your profile, use ROBLOX Studio to get your building done correctly, and neatly.

2. Learn to CFrame

CFraming is a big part of neat building. Many popular places are CFramed, places like Cave of untold secrets. Many CFramed places are adored by ROBLOX administrators, and made their way to the Official ROBLOX Blog. If you can CFrame, you have at least a 70% chance of becoming popular.

3. Script.

Scripting is a big deal of at least 98% of all 'popular' games on ROBLOX. Scripting is a special computer code, involving math and many numbers, including lots of memorization. Scripting is the hardest thing to do on ROBLOX, and many people just take scripts off the Free Models. Taking a script off free models is fine, as only about 40% of ROBLOX players can script, the scripters put them out there for others to use. There are many other places out there to help you script too. Like LuaLearners, or Script Builder.

-Helper- Difference between Scripts and GUIs

Scripts and GUIs are very similar. A Script is an 'action' that happens on the game, while a GUI is an image that appears of the screen in game play, but a GUI can not work without a Script. These two needs each other to function. Sort of like a car and gasoline. Scripting can work without a GUI though. A script inside a GUI is called a LUA Code. LUA stands for Logical Unit Application. Not many ROBLOX games need GUIs, some do, like some disaster games, and most Pokemon games need GUIs.

4. Have good friends

Having good friends is an important part of getting a popular game, sounds silly it may seem, but they are an important part of you getting popular, here's why. When you are done with your game, take some friends to it, if they like it, have them tell their friends, then their friends, so on and so on. Pretty soon a lot of people know and play it. Even members in a group you are in will work, as long as they like you that is. Friends can also give suggestions to you for the game, as well as help you out with models, and scripting.
