ROBLOX getting lazy?

Many people have said that ROBLOX is lazy for making simple hats, but this I believe is the worst.

A hat that came out back in January, Intergalactic General, looks very similar to another recent hat. Orion's Guard. Both coming out on the same day, as you can see they are exactly alike, all except the mouth piece. As the Intergalactic Guard was never seen before, could it be a simple re-make? We may never know.
